"I am very picky when it comes to trainers and I am very happy that I was recommended to Lexi. I have been working with her for a little over a month now at 3x/week (and will be for the rest of 2014) and she has helped me a lot in terms of having someone to talk to about my fitness goals, getting my strength back (I haven't set foot in a gym for years and could barely lift 5lbs dumbbell at home), doing various stretches so that my muscles would be loser and teaching me correct form (very very important to me). She is a very fun person to work with and someone I can open up to. I've told her a few of my future goals with wanting to learn how to do a hand stand, do a back flip, swim and eventually take a pole dancing class when I have more upper body strength. It was beyond exciting for me when she said she can help me with that and that she would even take a pole dancing class with me! Now that's awesome! ^_^ I always look forward to training days and am excited to see where I will be end of 2014!! WoohoOO!"
