Instead, offer discounts on smaller add-on services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b><strong>For Example:<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWomen\u2019s Haircuts\u201d are your most booked service at&nbsp;<b><strong>$65<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You offer an amazing \u201cDeep Treatment\u201d but it is rarely booked at&nbsp;<b><strong>$45<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Create a package: \u201cHaircut and Deep Treatment\u201d for&nbsp;<b><strong>$110<\/strong><\/b>&nbsp;and run a promotion on it &#8211;&nbsp;<b><strong>$15 OFF<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add a call-to action in your \u201cabout me\u201d section. Say something like, \u201cIf you want incredibly silky smooth hair for all your holiday parties, book the special below &#8211; only available in December!<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your clients will love the&nbsp;<b><strong>$15<\/strong><\/b>&nbsp;savings, you will love the&nbsp;<b><strong>$30<\/strong><\/b>&nbsp;ticket increase, and your clients will be introduced to a new service they might continue booking in the future.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b><strong>#4 Stock up.<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Make sure you\u2019ve ordered enough supplies to cover all your extra bookings.<\/li>\n<li>Create a holiday display with your retail products and put a sign up reminding clients they make great gifts and stocking stuffers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b><strong>#5 Reward your loyal customers.<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Although attracting new clients is important, client retention is just as valuable.<\/li>\n<li>Show your loyal clients how much you appreciate their business.
