"I have/had dark brown hair my whole life and I have never dyed it any other color than my natural dark brown color. I went to Jen to get a dramatic bold red color, yickes I had to have it bleached out...I was very nervous to say the least. Jen not only took her time in making me feel comfortable but she explained to me all the steps she was taking. In the end my hair is a beautiful bright red and it is so soft you would never know that it just went thru a bleaching process. And the cut!! uh'mazing! I would recommend Jen Schoolcraft to anyone looking for a new look or just sprucing up an existing look.
